PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT AT: Former Moore Place Golf Course Portsmouth Road Esher Surrey KT10 9LN
PROPOSAL: Outline planning permission, with all matters reserved except for access, for the demolition of existing structures and erection of residential units, creation of new and modified access from Portsmouth Road and supporting infrastructure including earthworks, drainage, landscaping, play spaces, parking, servicing, and other associated works. (Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) application).
Application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
The Council received amendments to the above application and invite you to submit a comment on the proposal by 13 September 2026.
PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED REPRESENTATIONS ASSOCIATED WITH THE APPLICATION 2025/3373 WILL BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION IN DETERMINATION OF THIS APPLICATION.

2. Amendments to master plan drawings and parameter plans to show pipelines within site as well as minor adjustments to street layout, open areas and housing mix.
