In accordance with the above, notice is hereby given that application(s) have been made to Epsom & Ewell Borough Council for permission to carry out the following proposal(s):-

26/00783/FUL — First Floor Offices, 21 High Street, Ewell

Conversion of the existing first-floor office into a self-contained one-bedroom flat, together with internal alterations to the ground-floor corridor and the removal of the external ventilation duct at the rear of the property.

26/00853/FLH — 1 Walnut Close, Epsom, Surrey

Installation of a new garage door, hardstanding driveway and path.

26/00880/LBA — The Lodge, Bourne Hall, Spring Street

Listed Building Consent for the restoration, repair, and upgrading of the lodge and entrance features. The proposal involves no material structural alterations, extensions, or adaptations.

Detailed Scope of Works:

Entrance & Gates: Specialist masonry repair to the griffin gate finial, render remediation, and refurbishment/redecoration of the cast iron gates and lighting.

Lodge External: Chimney and masonry repairs, replacement period-appropriate windows, doors, fascia, and portico bargeboards, with new rainwater goods and ground gullies to prevent flooding and damp.

Lodge Internal: Replacement of failed ceilings and plaster with insulated finishes, ground floor insulation, new floor coverings, a replacement staircase/handrail, and targeted joinery replacement.

Services & Fit-out: Installation of a period-style kitchen and bathroom, full redecoration, and procurement of period hearths for decommissioned wood-burning stoves.

26/00905/PDCOU — Resources House, 8A High Street, Epsom

Prior Approval Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA: Change of Use from Commercial, Business and Service (E) to Residential (C3) to create 2 dwelling(s).
