NOTICE is hereby given that the Borough Council of Calderdale intends to dispose of land at the former Mytholmroyd Library, Cragg Road, Hebden Bridge, HX7 5HR which forms part of an open space. The disposal is by means of a sale.
A plan of the area intended to be demised in the sale is available upon request by e-mail sent to Sopiah.Miah@ calderdale.gov.uk
Any member of the public wishing to obtain a copy of the plan, make representations on the proposed disposal or
lodge an objection is invited to do so by no later than 4.30pm on 11th September 2026
