Application No:26/00267/FUL
Proposal: Two storey extension at rear to create 2no. additional 1 bedroom flats and two storey extension at side to create 2 bedroom dwelling.
Location: Flat 3 Church View Duke Street Creswell
The proposed development affects the setting of a listed building, and / or the character or appearance of a conservation area.
