W/26/1030 The Kenilworth, 61 Warwick Road, Kenilworth, CV8 1HN: Variation
of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) and Condition 5 (Holiday Units) of planning
permission W/25/1254 granted on 24.02.2026 to reference new drawing
revisions and to use no. 59 and no. 63 as holiday lets/ rented accommodation
or private dwellings to be in use for more than 6 weeks (Use Class C3).
Original description of development: ‘Change of use from The Kenilworth Bar
