I give notice that: Mr Thomas Singleton, N/A is applying to Preston City Council for the following Listed Building Consent: Listed building consent to re-instate 2no. original windows to the east elevation and replace the hardwood double glazed units to the front south elevation and replace existing rear window with door (pursuant of Listed Building Consent 06/2025/0077) for the removal of condition 4 (submission of method statement)
