I give notice that Collard Environmental Ltd, Waste Transfer Station Downs Lane, Chilton, Didcot, Oxfordshire, OX11 0RP is applying to Oxfordshire County Council for planning permission: (Section 73 application to continue the development permitted by planning permission P23/V2764/CM (MW.0166/23) (Proposed variation to condition 5 to allow limited HGV movements per day outside of the permitted hours and days of operation for HGV movements. The proposed extended times would allow six HGV’s to depart between 4.00am and 6.00am on Mondays to Fridays; six HGV’s to leave between 4.00am and 7.00am Saturday and six HGV’s to leave and return between 4.00am and 1.00pm on Bank and Public Holidays. No HGV movements on Sunday. Existing time restrictions would continue to apply on all other associated HGV movements with the permitted operations), to vary condition 1 (approved plans) and condition 6 (retention of existing trees, bushes and hedgerows), to allow alterations to the approved Site Layout Plan comprising the erection of a shelter over an existing storage bay, the installation of a second weighbridge, the repositioning of the existing weighbridge, the removal and replacement of a section of conifer hedgerow with mixed native hedgerow planting, the extension of concrete hardstanding, and the replacement of the existing 1.5m railing gate with a 1.8m close-boarded timber gate at Chilton Recycling Facility, Chilton, Didcot, Oxfordshire OX11 0ST.
