3. Variation of condition 14 (surface water drainage) of planning permission 14/00948/OUT to amend the wording of the condition so that it becomes a compliance type condition at Site Of Former Hamptons Metal Merchants, Keele Road, Newcastle-under-Lyme, ST5 5AA by Persimmon Homes. During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastle-under-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only to inspect the application plans and documents.
