REASON FOR INQUIRY – Appeal by Taylor Wimpey London against the non-determination of planning application 25/00539/OUT for:
Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except access to the site) for residential development including affordable housing (Class C3); a SEND/Community Facility (Classes F1 and F2); vehicular access from Main Road (with additional emergency vehicular access from Gusted Hall Lane); public open space; and associated infrastructure at Land Between Mount Bovers Lane and Gusted Hall Lane Main Road Hawkwell
An Inspector K McDonald MSc, MRTPI appointed by the Secretary of State will hold the inquiry to decide the appeal.
Members of the public may attend the inquiry venue, and at the Inspector’s discretion, may express their views. Please note there is a limit on seating capacity at the venue.
