2026/1977 LODDON, Hales Green Farm, Litchmere Lane, NR14 6FQ – Alterations to approved dwelling under previous application ref 2021/2786 and retrospective installation of ground mounted solar panels. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage,

2025/2290 CRINGLEFORD, Land East of 4, Newmarket Road – Erection of 1 self build dwelling Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage,

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk. All comments must be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk

Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website. They will be forwarded to the Planning Inspectorate in the case of an Appeal. Please see our Privacy Notice on our website for further details.
