Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:

DEVELOPMENTS WHICH ARE A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT
DEVELOPMENTS WHICH MAY AFFECT A CONSERVATION AREA
DEVELOPMENTS WHICH AFFECT THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING

P2026/0511 Proposed demolition of existing buildings and construction of new 4- storey building comprising retail/commercial units (A1, A2, A3 or D2 use), parking and storage on the ground floor with upper levels providing 18 no.1 and 2-bed flats including central courtyard area
