The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26F/2254 - Martin Luther King Jr Building, Hartley Quay (3) Applicant National Museums Liverpool. Refurbishment and upgrade of existing windows, including installation of secondary windows, ventilation alterations and associated works.
26L/2259 - Martin Luther King Jr Building, Hartley Quay (3) Applicant National Museums Liverpool. Refurbishment and upgrade of existing windows, including installation of secondary windows, ventilation alterations, removal of basement services plenum and associated works.
26F/2090 - 6 Cotton Street (3) Applicant Kevin McGuire. Part retrospective application for the installation of 4 no. shipping containers within existing car park, installation of canopy to side elevation and other associated works in connection with the conversion of car park space into a bar/ community function venue open Monday-Friday (5:30pm - 11:00pm) and during weekends (11:00am - 11:00pm) and the partial conversion of the ground and first floor into a Café and a Health and Wellbeing Centre.
26H/1988 & 26L/1987 - 4 Church Road Woolton (25) Applicant Mary Jane Bogue. To replace the roof tiles using reclaimed natural Welsh slate.
26H/2235 - 22 Church Road Woolton (25) Applicant Lucy Byrne & Andrew Speakman. To carry out replacement of existing sash and casement windows to front and rear elevations with new slim-profile double glazed box sash windows.

To carry out maintenance works including; repointing facade brickwork, replacement glazing within lightwell, repainting external walls & dressings, lintel repairs to rear facade, replacement leadwork on roof, new internal ventilation run at lower ground floor level, minor repairs to fenestration frames and reveals, loft access hatch, internal insulation and to replace 3 no. rooflights.
26H/2241 - 8 Falkner Street (8) Applicant Maria Moore. To replace 3 no. existing rooflights to rear and carry out minor external alterations.
26F/2141 - Former Natwest Bank, 2C Princes Road (8) To install extractor vents, and carry out hard and soft landscaping works following removal of existing canopy in connection with change use of the premises from a mental health support services charity (Use Class E) to a 19-bed aparthotel (Use Class C1). (Amended description).
26L/2212 - 124 Duke Street (1) Applicant Davos Property Developments Ltd. To deconstruct the structurally unstable gable wall and carry out the reconstruction using matching reclaimed brickwork and associated structural works.
26L/2245 - 7 Blackburne Place (8) Applicant Brian Hughes, Torus62 Limited.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 10th September 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
