Notice Of Stopping Up Order - Pursuant To Section 247 Of The Town And Country Planning Act 1990
The London Borough of Islington hereby gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The London Borough of Islington (Stopping Up of Highway) (Wilson Street) Order 2026" authorising the stopping up of seven areas of public highway which are shown zebra hatched black on the plan attached to the Order to enable the development as permitted by The London Borough of Islington under Reference P2024/3548/FUL.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from The London Borough of Islington, during normal office hours (9:00am until 5:00pm) at: The Town Hall, Upper Street, London, N1 2UD, or electronic copies can be requested by emailing: planninglawteam@islington.gov.uk.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that is not within the powers of the Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 13 August 2026, apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
