NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF 
THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925
Muller Martini Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme Pursuant to Section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is given that the Muller Martini Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme (the “Scheme”), will be wound-up in the near future. The Trustees of the Scheme wish to trace anyone, including former employees (whether full-time or part-time) of Muller Martini Limited, who believes they have (or might have) a claim against the Scheme or an interest or entitlement to benefit under the Scheme.

Any such person is asked to provide full written particulars of any such claim, interest or entitlement to the Trustees of the Muller Martini Limited Retirement Benefits Scheme, c/o First Actuarial LLP, Fosse House, 182 High Street, Tonbridge, TN9 1BE (Tel: 01732 207500). This should be provided on or before 31 October 2026 (together with their full name, address, National Insurance number, date of birth, dates of employment with 

Muller Martini Limited and any relevant evidence of such benefit or employment). After this date, the Trustees will proceed with winding-up the Scheme and distributing its assets having regard only to the claims, interests and entitlements of which they have had notice. The Trustees will 
not be liable to any person whose claim, interest or entitlement they have not been notified of on or before 31 October 2026. Notification is not required from persons who have recently received correspondence relating to the Scheme from First Actuarial LLP
