The following Proposals are the subject of an application submitted to the Council.

Proposal Affecting A Conservation Area:
26/01896/FPH - 7 Homefield, Hinxworth, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5RX - Two storey side extension and single storey front. Installation of solar panel array to rear roof slope.

26/01898/FPH - 49 Silver Street, Ashwell, Hertfordshire, SG7 5QL - Replacement windows to front and rear elevations at ground and first floor level.

Proposal Affecting A Listed Building Or A Building Of Special Architectural Or Historic Interest:
26/01838/LBC - 28 Tilehouse Street, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG5 2DY - Remove existing roof coverings, install membrane and re-batten followed by reroofing using natural slates. Associated roof and chimney repairs and install 2no. slate vents to serve existing soil pipes.

26/01796/LBC - 46 Ridge Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1PN - Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing lean-to.

26/01836/LBC - The Cottage, Rectory End, Church Lane, Graveley, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 7LU - Strip tiles from existing front roof slope, felt and batten and lay new weathered clay tiles.

26/01876/LBC - Manor Farm, Church Lane, Graveley, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 7BN - Internal alterations and reinstatement works (ground floor only).

26/01873/LBC - 56A High Street, Ashwell, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 5NR - Installation of chairlift.

Proposal Affecting The Setting Of A Listed Building And Affecting A Conservation Area:
26/01795/FPH - 46 Ridge Road, Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 1PN - Single storey rear extension following demolition of existing lean-to.

The application details can be viewed on the Council’s web site at: www.north-herts.gov.uk/home/planning. Any person who wishes to make representations about the Proposal should submit them in writing to this office by no later than 23 days from the date of this notice. For householder applications, in the event of an appeal against refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
