I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
Dove Marine Laboratory Cullercoats Bay Victoria Crescent – APPLICATION NO: 26/01101/FUL Newcastle University is applying for planning permission for Partial demolition and extension of Dove Marine Laboratory and construction of a new pedestrian access bridge and minor external alterations. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
The submitted plans and associated documents are available to view on the Council’s Planning website at www.northtyneside.gov.uk or at our Quadrant East Offices between 0830-1300 Mon & Fri and 1300-1700 Wed. If you wish to make representations about the application you should do so in writing within 21 days (excluding bank holidays) of the publication of this notice to the Planning Service at the address shown at the end of this notice.
