Update to existing Hazardous Substances Consent

The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Act 1990
The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015

Notice is hereby given that Vulcan Renewables Ltd. is applying to Doncaster Council for hazardous substances consent for the Vulcan Renewables Ltd. Site at Huggin Farm, Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster, DN7 6BY. The application is submitted due to changes in the volume of dangerous substances held on site.

Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at the Vulcan Renewables Ltd. Huggin Farm, Hatfield Woodhouse, Doncaster, DN7 6BY site during office hours from 29th August to the end of the day on 18th September 2026.

The hazardous substances authority (from which relevant information can be
obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent, and will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
