NOTICE OF PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT

The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning Act 1990

The Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Wales) Order 2012

We have received the following applications under the Planning Acts mentioned above.

LBC - Application No. 16/2026/0098 – Berth Cottage, Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd, Ruthin, LL15 1SH - Conversion of curtilage listed outbuilding to form single dwelling and associated works, including retrospective consent for internal structural repair works to the roof involving the replacement of structural timbers and re-roofing (Partly retrospective) (Listed Building Application).

LBC – Application No. 47/2025/0452 – Bennar, 9 Heol Y Brenin, Tremeirchion - Installation of an electric vehicle charging point.

LBC – Application No. 31/2026/0323 – Bont Newydd Bridge, Bont Newydd, Cefn, St. Asaph - Strengthening and repair works to existing bridge.

You may inspect the above applications and all plans and documents submitted with them from 19 August 2026 until 9 September 2026 on our website: www.denbighshire.gov.uk/planning.
