ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT AND REGULATION 25 OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED)
The following application for Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent and/or Conservation Area Consent has been received:

Reason for Publicity: Further Information has been submitted to the Environmental Statement (ES) which has already been provided in relation to the planning application.
Location: Grovebury Quarry, Grovebury Road, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 0QU
Proposed Development: Proposed development comprising of the following main elements: southern extension of Grovebury Quarry to the south of the existing quarry lake; importation of inert restoration materials; cha nges to existing approved restoration scheme including final restoration landform; recycling operations to include aggregate & soil recycling, treatment & processing; and retention of existing access, minerals processing plant, stockpiling storage area, site offices and car parking. (EIA Application accompanied by an Environmental Statement)
