Setchley Poultry Farm, Setch Road, Setchey, Norfolk
I give Notice that GNR Farms Ltd is applying to The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk
for Planning Permission to ‘Proposed redevelopment works of the existing poultry unit and change the
species from turkey to broiler chicken production including decommissioning of 7 No. existing poultry
houses and the erection of 6 No. additional poultry houses’ and that the application is accompanied
by an Environmental Statement.
Members of the public may inspect copies of:

• The Environmental Statement
• and other documents submitted with the application

application or by visiting the Council Offices at Kings Court, Chapel Street, Kings Lynn, PE30 1EX.
Members of the public may obtain copies of the Environmental Statement from the Applicant. Please email
borough.planning@west-norfolk.gov.uk to obtain a paper copy, for which there will be a charge of £100 or
emailed copy which is free of charge.
