What is planned?

(Temporary Waiting & Loading Restrictions) Order 2026

Order made under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, which will make it unlawful to park any motor vehicle (with the exception of emergency vehicles and vehicles engaged on carrying out Scottish Power Works) on Mair Avenue- Stoophill Crescent, Dalry (from No 72 Mair Avenue to junction with Stoophill Crescent and Stoophill Crescent from No. 35 to No. 49), by reason of works proposed to be executed on or near that road.

The Order will be in operation

from 8am on 24th August to

6pm 4th September 2026

or until such time as the

works are completed,

whichever is earlier.
