NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15

Proposed development at: Land To The North Of Sidmouth Road Clyst St Mary

I give notice that Core Strategic Land is applying to East Devon District Council for planning permission:-

Application Number: 26/1447/MOUT

Outline planning application for a residential development comprising of up to 52 dwellings (including affordable housing), the formation of vehicular and pedestrian access, public open space and other associated infrastructure (with only access proposed in detail at this stage and the detailed matters of layout, scale, appearance and landscaping reserved)

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
