Somerset Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14 (1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended, propose to make an Order prohibiting all traffic from proceeding along: Barn Close - from 60 metres north of the junction with Curriott Hill Road, northwards for a total distance of 83 metres.
This Order will enable Dunmore to carry out excavation to clear blockage on behalf of Openreach.
The Order becomes effective on 2nd September 2026 and will remain in force for 18 months. The works are expected to commence on 9th September 2026 and last until 11th September 2026 between the hours of 08:00 - 18:00 for a total of 3 days.
