Tel. 425011 or planning@burnley.gov.uk quoting the application reference. Comments received later may not be able to be taken into account. Most replies will be open to public inspection.

Please note, in the event of an appeal against the decision of the Local Planning Authority, if the appeal is to be dealt with via the Part 1 written representations appeal procedure, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
