NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 POLEGATE – WD/2026/1360/MFA
Proposed development at Land to South of Dittons Farmhouse. I give notice that Land to South of Dittons Farmhouse c/o CKA ARCHITECTURAL LTD is applying to Wealden District Council for planning permission for variation of condition 4 (plans condition – other approvals) of WD/2019/0442/MRM (reserved matters pursuant to outline permission WD/2016/3035/MAO (outline application for the erection of 78 dwellings and associated works) to revise plots 36 to 39, 46 to 49 and 52 to 55 and replace all relevant site layout, floor plans and elevations with new CKA architectural drawings. The development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application and associated documents at the Council Offices, Vicarage Lane, Hailsham, BN27 2AX between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm or visit our website https:\\planning.wealden.gov.uk. Any representations should be made in writing to the Head of Planning and Environmental Services quoting the above application reference number no later than 5 September 2026.
