- 2026/0483/LBC & 2026/0482/FUL White Hart Hotel, Bailgate: External and internal alterations including formation of a new glazed opening to south elevation and removal of existing remnants of chimney stacks, a new raised timber floor, balustrade and removal of existing glazed internal door and screen. (Listed Building Consent)
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
