REASON FOR INQUIRY Appeal(s) by Boningale Developments Ltd

Relating to the application to Shropshire Council for access for a mixed-use development comprising up to 800 no dwellings, a care home of up to 80 units, a secondary school and local centre with associated access, infrastructure, landscaping and drainage at Patshull Road, Albrighton, Shropshire.

An Inspector appointed by the Secretary of State will hold an Inquiry opening on the date shown above to decide the appeal.

Members of the public may attend the Inquiry and, at the Inspector’s discretion, express their views.
