NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15 (1A) OF APPLICATION FOR SUBSEQUENT CONSENT

Brentwood Borough Council has received the following application for subsequent consent:
Reference number: 26/00711/REM

Applicant: LIH Dunton Hills Ltd

Site Address: Entire Land East Of A128 South Of A127, Tilbury Road, West Horndon 

Description of Development: Reserved Matters Application for Advanced Infrastructure Works pursuant to requirements of conditions 2 and 12 of outline planning permission 21/01525/OUT comprising: (1) detailed landscaping works, (2) access junction comprising reconfiguration of the southern access roundabout, in accordance with the terms of condition 32, (3) highway infrastructure comprising spine road, footways, and cycle paths, (4) drainage and utilities infrastructure.

The application for subsequent consent is accompanied by an environmental statement, which was submitted with outline planning application 21/01525/OUT.

Anyone wishing to make representations about the application for subsequent consent may do so:
• online via Public Access, or
• in writing to:
Planning and Development Services, Brentwood Borough Council, Town Hall, Ingrave Road, Brentwood CM15 8AY, or by email to planning@brentwood.gov.uk

Representations must be made within 30 days of the date of this notice.

Copies of material from the application for subsequent consent can be provided on request. A reasonable charge may apply. 

In the event of an appeal, made under section 78(1) of the 1990 Act, that proceeds by way of the expedited procedure, any representations made about the application for subsequent consent will be passed to the Secretary of State and there will be no opportunity to make further representations.
