NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Havering proposes to make amendments to the following Orders as follows under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended
PT01282
a) Introduce a disabled persons parking bay on:
i) Betony Road, to the side of no. 55 Lucerne Way
ii) Taunton Road, outside no. 12
iii) Bedale Road, outside no. 24
iv) Newbury Close, fronting no. 41
v) Harrow Crescent, outside no. 40
vi) Preston Road, outside no. 73
vii) Briar Road, outside no. 35 Tayberry Court
viii) Camborne Avenue, outside no. 73
ix) Straight Road, outside no. 92A
x) Peacock Close, in the turning head, fronting the entrance to nos. 33 to 36
xi) Halesworth Close, outside no. 5
xii) Rosebank Avenue, outside no. 41
xiii) Ambleside Avenue, outside no. 78
b) Remove a disabled persons parking bay on Hawthorne Avenue outside Phoenix Buildings
c) Change existing disabled persons parking bay into a dedicated disabled persons parking bay on Waycross Road, outside no. 10
d) Remove a residents parking bay (R01 Zone) outside nos. 105 and 107 Carlton Road and replace it with a Monday to Saturday 8.30am to 6.30pm waiting restriction
e) Remove a residents parking bay (HWQ Zone) outside no. 23 Athelstan Road and replace it with a Monday to Friday 10.30am to 11.30am waiting restriction
f) Remove a section of free parking bay outside no. 1 Aldborough Road and replace it with an ‘At any time’ waiting restriction

Any objections or other representations about any of the proposed Orders should be sent in writing to the Highways Traffic and Parking Group Manager Havering Town Hall, Main Road, Romford RM1 3BB until the expiration of a period of 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
