Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the following reasons set out below:

Location: East Horndon Hall Tilbury Road West Horndon Essex CM13 3LR
Proposal: Restoration of East Horndon Hall and conversion of the listed building to provide 2 residential (Class C3) dwellings; retention of the existing residential ancillary outbuildings and annexes; together with the construction of 8 no. single-storey buildings comprising 12 self-contained commercial units (Use Class E) arranged in a farm-building vernacular, with associated car parking, landscaping, and above-ground sustainable surface water drainage features.
