Notice is hereby given that the Council has received the following applications which need to be advertised for the reasons set out below:

P0720.26, 20 Heath Drive, Romford. Single storey rear extension, instalment of Air Conditioning Unit and alterations to rear ground floor fenestration.

P0839.26, Hornchurch Cardrome, Upper Rainham Road. Hornchurch. Hybrid planning application for phased mixed-use development for the provision of houses and residential blocks of 2 to 4 storeys to include approximately 275 residential units comprising:

Full planning application for restoration of the existing skate park, construction of a flexible community building and/or commercial building (Use Class F and/or E), access road, pedestrian pathways, car and cycle parking and hard and soft landscaping.

Outline application for erection of houses and residential blocks for approximately 275 residential units (Use Class C3), including affordable housing, commercial floorspace (Use Class E), required infrastructure, landscaping (incorporating SUDs), car parking, cycle parking and other associated works; and improvements to the petrol station (Sui Generis) with all matters reserved with the exception of access.

The application is in the Green Belt and does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
