Prior Approval Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA: Change of Use from Commercial, Business and Service (E) to Residential (C3) to create 6 dwelling(s).

26/00841/FLH — 26 The Green, Ewell, Surrey

Demolition of existing single-storey rear extension and conservatory. Erection of a 1.5-storey oak-framed rear extension, and extension of existing loft conversion over adjoining flat roof with a new pitched roof to create additional living space.
