Any comments on applications may be made online at the above website or can be sent to the Planning Department at the above address by 4th September 2026. Please note that comments submitted cannot be treated as confidential and may be made available for inspection on the Council's website. If an appeal is lodged, any representations will be sent to the Secretary of State and the appellant. Anonymous representations will not be accepted. Representations will not be replied to but you will be notified of a decision.

Variation of Condition 3 (Schedule of alteration works) & 6 (Schedule of materials) of approved application 24/02148/LBC granted 22.11.24 for: Fabric repairs to the external envelope of the building, including removal of acrylic-based paint from external walls, timber window cill repairs, brickwork repointing, reducing grounds levels around the house, new French drain and new chimney pots. Internal refurbishments comprise a new timber staircase, reinstating a fireplace, replacing modern timber floorboards and raising the ceiling height in one of the first-floor bedrooms, removing two sheds and a garage to replace them with one shed and reintroducing planting.

Variation would allow:- Amendment to the wording of condition 3 to allow commencement prior to external works and condition 6 to a phased condition.
