The Council has received the following applications that are required to be statutorily advertised.

The applications can be viewed on our website at www.braintree.gov.uk/pa or during normal office hours at Braintree District Council Offices, Causeway House, Bocking End, Braintree, CM7 9HB. Any comments on applications may be made online at the above website or can be sent to the Planning Department at the above address by 4th September 2026.

Please note that comments submitted cannot be treated as confidential and may be made available for inspection on the Council’s website. If an appeal is lodged, any representations will be sent to the Secretary of State and the appellant. Anonymous representations will not be accepted. Representations will not be replied to but you will be notified of a decision.
