Conversion of the existing detached outbuilding to ancillary one-bedroom annexe and pool house accommodation associated with the main dwelling, limited external alterations including to fenestration and the later flat roof section, services and repair works:- Whitbreds Bullwood Hall Lane Hockley

The proposed development would affect a right of way to which part III of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 applies.

The above application is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about these applications will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
