NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 13 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at:

Student Roost, Tramways, Crewe Street, Chester, CH1 3DA

We give notice that Roost Propco 3 Limited

is applying to Cheshire West & Chester Council for permission for:

Erection of external secure cycle store to facilitate conversion of existing internal cycle stores into shared dining & media room and dance/fitness suite; landscaping proposals to form external amenity area; conversion of roof space void to form 1no. cluster bedroom (Block AF), corresponding changes to relevant elevations and associated works.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to Planning Department, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA within 14 days beginning with the date of publication of this notice.

‘Owner’ means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. ‘Tenant’ means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
