Planning (Listed Building and Conservation Areas) Act 1990

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of Class E retail store with associated parking, landscaping, access and associated works/facilities including plant area, trolley store and service/delivery area, and improvements to Stone Place Road/London Road junction at Land at Former Stone Pit 1 Atlas Park Stone (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00897/FUL)

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order.

2) Change of use to House in Multiple Occupation (HMO) (Sui Generis) for 10 people at 1 The Orchard Mounts Road Greenhithe (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00838/COU)

which will in the opinion of the Local Authority, affect the setting of a public right of way.

3) Erection of a three-storey teaching block adjoining the northern elevation of the existing Becket Sports Centre, together with associated landscaping, parking and access works (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00851/FULPSI) at Dartford Grammar School For Boys West Hill Dartford

which falls within the category of a Major Development under the provisions of the General Development Order and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building.

4) Cross boundary outline application for demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 5 No. dwellings and engineered changes in ground levels with access road, parking and cycle stores (consideration of access and layout only) at The Birches Birchwood Road Swanley

and the proposal would in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority affect the setting of a Listed Building and affect the setting of a public right of way (Application Ref. No. DA/26/00773/OUT).

5) Application for Listed Building Consent for re-instatement of two windows on the rear elevation at Unit 7 Twistleton Court Priory Hill Application Ref. DA/26/00916/LBC

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building.

6) Re-instatement of two windows on the rear elevation at Unit 7 Twistleton Court Priory Hill Application Ref. DA/26/00915/FUL

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building.

7) Application for Listed Building Consent for change of use; roof demolition; new roof extension with central flat top design; dormers to front and rear; internal and external alterations and provision of roof terrace to provide 8 self-contained residential apartments on the upper floors and in the roof and Class E commercial floorspace at ground floor at 45 High Street Dartford Kent Application Ref. DA/26/00912/LBC

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade 2S Listed Building.

8) Application for Listed Building Consent for internal refurbishment at Dartford Museum Market Street Dartford Application Ref. DA/26/00927/LBC

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, will affect a Grade II Listed Building.

9) Construction of an additional storey (creating 5 storey building) to provide 5 dwellings at 11-27 Hythe Street Dartford Kent (Application Ref. DA/26/00890/FUL),

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the setting, character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area.
