Notice Under Article 13 of the Town and Country Planning

(Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015.

Proposed development at Mushroom Farm, Rockbourne, SP6 3NS

I give notice that Atlas Planning Group Ltd have applied to New Forest District Council on behalf of the owners for full planning permission for the Change of use of existing building (Class E) to a holiday let (Class C3) with fenestration alterations and hard and soft landscaping.

Any owner* or tenant** of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to: New Forest District Council, Appletree Court, Beaulieu Road, Lyndhurst, Hampshire, SO43 7PA within 21 days of this notice. If you decide to make representations you should make it clear that you are an owner of the land encompassed within the application site or tenant of an agricultural holding on the site and you should give the site address, “owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired terms of which is not less than seven years, or in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of materials, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral in the land (other than oil, gas, coal, gold or silver), **”tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
