W/26/1023 The Cottage, Eathorpe Hall, Old Fosse Way, Eathorpe,
Leamington Spa, CV33 9DF: Alterations to the width of the garage doors for
Mr A Read.
KENILWORTH
W/26/0255 The House, 11 High Street, Kenilworth, CV8 1LY: Construction
of a single-storey, flat-roofed garden room to form a studio within the rear
garden for Mr and Mrs Pittaway.
LAPWORTH
W/26/0983 The Tan House, Old Warwick Road, Lapworth, Solihull, B94 6JZ:
Formation of new access drive for Mr L Noble.
LEAMINGTON SPA
W/26/0323 1 Wathen Road, Leamington Spa, CV32 5UX: Erection of dormer
to the rear of house. Loft conversion. Installation of rooflights to front side
and rear of house for Mr S Langford.
W/26/0706/LB 49 Regent Street, Leamington Spa, CV32 5EE: Painting of
shopfront and fascia to heritage matt black. White acrylic letters to fascia,
overall length and height to be 1470mm x 185mm. Retention of existing

front steps with like-for-like materials and design. Due to many poor repairs
and extensive wear the existing steps are uneven. Propose existing steps
are replaced with same design and new (same material) steps. The proposal
reduce risk of accidents and restore the property to original appearance
when viewed from St Marks Road footpath for Mr M Lewis.
