NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: that the following planning applications have been received. Members of the public may inspect copies of the applications, the plans and other documents submitted on the Council’s web site at www.newforest.gov.uk/planning.

26/10749 COLBURY HOUSE NURSING HOME, HILL STREET, CALMORE, NETLEY MARSH SO40 2RX - Single-storey rear extension

The proposed development would affect a Public Right of Way. The proposed development is classified as Major Development.

26/10735 HOME FARM, SOUTHAMPTON ROAD, HYTHE SO45 5TA - Phased development to provide 171 dwellings (Use Class C3) across four parcels (A–D), including 35% affordable housing; creation of new vehicular accesses from Southampton Road, Widecombe Drive and Challenger Way; provision of internal roads, parking, landscaping, public open space, sustainable drainage systems (SuDS) and associated infrastructure; provision of a new country park including publicly accessible open space, formal and informal play areas, sports pitches, Alternative Natural Recreational Greenspace (ANRG), biodiversity net gain (BNG) areas, sustainable drainage features; pedestrian and cycle connections; demolition of existing agricultural buildings at Home Farm, Claypits Lane; provision of a new car park accessed from Challenger Way; other associated works.

26/10681 LANE HOUSE, BROAD LANE, LYMINGTON SO41 3QP - Remedial works to wall, comprising dismantling of the unstable section of the wall, the salvage and re-use of all sound original materials wherever practicable, the reconstruction of the wall on the existing alignment, rebuilding to match the original height, width, appearance, and construction technique, and use of matching stone/brick and traditional lime mortar compatible with the historic fabric (Application for Listed Building Consent)
