Civic Hall, Eldon Street, Barnsley, S70 2JL - 2026/0612
Listed building consent for key alterations include a new cafe/bar and retail area to the ground floor Eldon Street frontage, reinstating the grandeur of the main stairwell and creating a music venue in the ground floor hall space with associated ancillaries. Also exterior minor scopes of work to enhance the use of the building.

Variation of condition 7 (CMS), 11 (Landscaping) and 14 (BEMP) in relation to application 2021/1660 “Widening of highway including Old Mill Lane Bridge from three lanes to five lanes to include provision of bus lane and widened paths.
