I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

43 - 44 Howard Street North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 26/01104/FULH
Mr Andy Ramsey is applying for planning permission for New railings and gate to front elevation, single storey lean-to extension at rear and new rear gates. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.

1 Spanish Battery Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 26/01092/FULH
Mr Jack Lettice is applying for planning permission for Proposed alterations including single storey side extension, replacement of existing timber sheds and replacement of existing uPVC windows. 

It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

5 Spring Terrace North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 26/00992/FULH
Mrs Fiona Lydall is applying for planning permission for Replacing existing top hung uPVC windows with new uPVC sash windows. Bedrooms will both have sash windows so that they are a means of escape in a fire. 

Replace rear door to property with a uPVC door in the style more in keeping with the house. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. 

As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.

I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:

Land East Of 16 Front Street, Annitsford – APPLICATION NO: 26/01124/FUL
Mr Jack McClen is applying for planning permission for Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) of planning approval 24/01518/FUL – Installation of inverters and battery storage for electricity generated from solar panels. The batteries and inverters must be stored externally due to fire risks inside the properties. These will be mounted to the rear elevation of all 9 properties. 

The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area to which the land to which the application relates is situated.

Land East of North Villas and North of
Meadowbank Dudley – APPLICATION NO: 26/01118/OUTM
Homes England is applying for planning permission for Outline planning application, with all matters except access reserved, for the development of up to 310 dwellings including associated infrastructure, landscaping, demolition and relocation of substation. The application is being advertised as it involves major development.
