I GIVE NOTICE THAT the following application is being made to the Council of the Borough of North Tyneside:
43 - 44 Howard Street North Shields – APPLICATION NO: 26/01104/FULH
Mr Andy Ramsey is applying for planning permission for New railings and gate to front elevation, single storey lean-to extension at rear and new rear gates. It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area.
1 Spanish Battery Tynemouth – APPLICATION NO: 26/01092/FULH
Mr Jack Lettice is applying for planning permission for Proposed alterations including single storey side extension, replacement of existing timber sheds and replacement of existing uPVC windows.
It is considered that the development proposed may affect the character or appearance of a Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
