2026/2236 & 2026/2237 BERGH APTON, Holly Farm, Loddon Road, NR15 1BT – Demolition of existing conservatory/greenhouse and erection of replacement single-storey extension. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2009 DISS, 18 Market Place, IP22 4JT – Alterations and Refurbishment Works to form a two bedroom Apartment (First & Second Floors) Including Introduction of Second Floor Balcony. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.

Applications can be viewed at The Horizon Centre Broadland Business Park Peachman Way Norwich NR7 0WF or online at www.southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk All comments can be received within 21 days of this Notice (excluding Bank Holidays) and can be sent to planning@southnorfolkandbroadland.gov.uk Comments made will be open to public inspection and available to view on the Council’s website.
