2026/2251 LODDON, The Chestnuts, 4 Beccles Road, NR14 6JQ – Enlarge 1 no roof light and 3no new roof lights to internal valley of main roof. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

2026/2148 LODDON, 5 Beccles Road, NR14 6JQ – Demolition of an existing single storey outbuilding, and the associated repair of the adjacent boundary wall to construct landscaped patio area Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

2026/1671 WYMONDHAM, 2 Vicar Street, NR18 0PL – Replace 4 windows to front elevation, with like for like replacement windows Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/1156 BAWBURGH, Land South of, Marlingford Road – Excavation of a reservoir for use as wildlife pond and irrigation for golf course, together with conversion of an agricultural field into neutral grassland. Reason(s): Major development.

2026/2184 DISS, 19 Mount Street, IP22 4QG – Alteration and partial demolition of a small chimney to the rear of house. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage, Affects a Conservation Area.

2026/1768 WORTWELL, Land South of, High Road – Outline planning permission for 4 self build dwellings with all matters reserved apart from access and scale Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

2026/2077 ROCKLAND ST MARY, 134 The Street, Rockland St Mary, NR14 7HL – Alterations to fenestration to replace existing window with a French door and internal alterations Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/1504 TIBENHAM, Land South East of Green Lane Farm, Pristow Green Lane – Erection of 1 no. replacement self/custom build dwelling (followed by the decommissioning of the existing farmhouse to an ancillary outbuilding) and associated detached garage Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2236 & 2026/2237 BERGH APTON, Holly Farm, Loddon Road, NR15 1BT – Demolition of existing conservatory/greenhouse and erection of replacement single-storey extension. Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.

2026/2009 DISS, 18 Market Place, IP22 4JT – Alterations and Refurbishment Works to form a two bedroom Apartment (First & Second Floors) Including Introduction of Second Floor Balcony. Reason(s): Affects a Conservation Area, Listed Building and/or curtilage.
