What is planned?
Car Park and ground between Blue Haze and
Winklebury Way.
There are, (or were), plans for the supposed
owners being the Basingstoke & Deane Council to
hand this ground over to Vivid to be built on. This
will mean the car parking area being taken away,
when it should be extended on what might have
been the former community centre.
This area includes the only entrance to Blue
Haze. This entrance is too tight for a fire engine
or ambulance to turn into and requires extending.
I recommend that those who make use of this area
for car parking, contact the Basingstoke & Deane
Council to see that this situation is improved.
