2026/1884 STRUMPSHAW, Land at Norwich Road, Norwich Road – Outline permission for 3no. self-build dwellings, with vehicular and pedestrian access from Norwich Road, open space and associated infrastructure, with all matters reserved except for access (Phased) Reason(s): Does not accord with development plan.

2026/2140 HEMBLINGTON, Friars Cottage, Hemblington Hall Road – Partial demolition of the existing porch and construction of a single storey porch extension to the front elevation Reason(s): Listed Building and/or curtilage.
