In accordance with the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 Halton Borough Council is required to advertise the following application:
26/00290/FUL
Proposed residential development with associated supporting infrastructure, public open space, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage, and access works. Demolition of former sports and social club building and erection of new clubhouse with associated sports pitches, bowling green and associated car parking and supporting infrastructure works at Land North of Cronton Lane Widnes.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan.
