Notice is hereby given that applications have been received by Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council for planning permission for the following developments:

DEVELOPMENTS WHICH AFFECT THE SETTING OF A LISTED BUILDING
P2026/0392 Demolition of existing ticket structure and construction of replacement park entry building, drainage works and associated engineering works
Location: Margam Park Main Entrance Kiosk, Water Street Margam SA13 2TJ
Applicant: Wayne Curtis

DEVELOPMENTS WHICH ARE A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT

P2025/0286 Outline planning application with all matters reserved for the development of up to 139 no. residential units (amended description and plans in respect of highway matters and documents dated 5.8.2026).
Location: Land North Of Crymlyn Parc Skewen Neath Neath Port Talbot SA11 5RD
Applicant: Hale Group and Pobl Group
