What is planned?

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
26L/2005 - 27 Victoria Street (1)
Applicant Dermot Cannon. Retrospective application for the installation of LED lighting, flag poles, CCTV cameras, menu boards and an internet box.
26A/2003 - 27 Victoria Street (1)
Applicant Dermot Cannon. To retain 3 no. fascia signs and 1 no. hanging sign.
26H/2030 - 17 Southwood Road (17)
Applicant Vikki Gregorich. To install 2 no. rooflights to rear, 1 no. rooflight to front, replace existing rooflights and replace the existing front door, bay window and 2 no.first floor windows.
26F/2071 - Lucknow Motors, Lucknow Street (17)
Applicant Jim Crook. To repair existing brickwork, replace roof, install a replacement garage door and 2 no. rooflights to front in connection with change of use from car repair garage (Class B2) to an office/workspace (Class E).
26F/2141 - Former Natwest Bank, 2C Princes Road (1)
Applicant Mohammed Awadh. To install extractor vents, and carry out hard and soft landscaping works following removal of existing canopy in connection with change use of the premises from a bank (Use Class E) to a 19-bed aparthotel (Use Class C1).
26L/2187 - Salthouse Dock, Salthouse Quay (3)
Applicant William Froggatt, Canal & River Trust. To carry out the replacement on a like-for-like basis of the existing modern steel walkway providing access to the pontoon.
26F/1885 - 9 West Derby Village (12) Applicant Stonegate Group. To install timber fencing surrounding beer garden and 6no. timber posts to support CCTV cameras.
The applications can be viewed at https://liverpool.gov.uk/planning-and-building-control/ Any comments you want to make must be received by 3rd September 2026 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
