Planning Permission Is Sought For The Following:
26/0984/HSE/KSE: Hazel Tree Lodge, Back Lane, Letchmore Heath, Watford, WD25 8EF. Front boundary works to include widening of existing vehicular access and driveway, resurfacing with permeable block paving and associated alterations to the boundary treatment and landscaping. Reason: Conservation Area.
Plans may be inspected by visiting our website at www.hertsmere.gov.uk/planning, at the Civic Offices, Elstree Way, Borehamwood (during normal office hours). Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice or 30 days if relating to an application accompanied by an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
Please note should this application result in an appeal deemed suitable for the Part 1 Written Representation procedure, this may be the only opportunity for you to submit your representation. Should you wish to withdraw your original comment at appeal stage, you can do so within 4 weeks of the start date of an appeal.
