• 2026/0488/LBC Apartment 1, Bailgate Court, Wordsworth Street: Removal and replacement of the existing external French door set, including the timber doors and frame, with a matching bespoke timber French door set within the existing opening (Listed Building Consent).
The Local Planning Authority will take into account any representations received within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
In the case of householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about the application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
